Kim Landtroop is the founder of Ed Tech Evolution and holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida (UNF). She has been in the field of education for over 25 years, serving in diverse roles including Teacher, Instructional Coach, District Math Specialist, and Technology Innovation Specialist in Jacksonville, FL.
Kim is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Microsoft Master Trainer, and Minecraft Global Mentor. She continues to enhance her own learning through attending various conferences and workshops, creating and facilitating professional development globally for over 20 years.
With her job in Technology Innovation with Duval County Public Schools, Kim is passionate about supporting teachers, coaches, and administrators. She is part of a team that supports over 8,000 teachers and 128,000 students, crafting professional development for diverse ability levels.
In addition to her work in Duval County, Kim works as a Professional Learning Specialist with the Northwest Council for Computer Education (NCCE), traveling nationally to assist districts with their ed tech needs. She has developed materials with Microsoft and OSPI for AI integration in Washington State's curriculum.

U.L.T.R.A is a federal grant initiative focused on incorporating technology to create more inclusive and accessible classroom environments. This grant entails working directly with teachers to implement innovative technology solutions that enhance inclusivity and accessibility for all students.
Commissioned by the VI Department of Education to enhance the integration of educational technology and improving learning outcomes in non-public schools on St. Thomas by conducting teacher training sessions and providing resources and recommendations to optimize limited resources.
In conjunction with Microsoft, NCCE, and the OSPI, developed a curriculum on utilizing AI in the classroom for Washington State. Facilitated a two day train the trainer session for the state's trainers.
Level 1 and Level 2 courses developed to teach skills on educational technology and to develop student-centered learning within the classroom.
Facilitated the professional development for a group of mentors in Gallup, New Mexico, helping them build capacity for educational technology within their school system. This equipped them to train others at their schools, fostering technological integration on the Navajo reservation.
